Attain your RYA Day Skipper certification! For groups of 4 people we are happy to offer the following training package for only USD 2000.00 per person:
- RYA Day Skipper Theory Course – 5 days shore based
- RYA Practical Course – 5 days/4 nights staying on board
Add on your RYA VHF Marine Radio license for just USD 250.00 per person.
Prerequisites
The RYA Day Skipper course has the following prerequisites – please ensure you meet these:
- 100 hours at sea
- 5 days on the water
- 4 night hours sailing
Inclusions
Accommodation on Chao Lay during your practical booking, tuition as booked, mooring fees, water and diesel used. We also include all breakfasts, lunches, snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, and two evening meals on board per booking. There is free use of our snorkelling equipment and we fish en route. Waterproofs are provided just in case of showers. If you have special dietary requirements please let us know on the registration form so we can work to accommodate your needs.
Exclusions
Flights, transfers, customs clearance between islands (approx. USD 30.00 per person if applicable), and meals/drinks taken ashore. Alcoholic drinks are not included, but you are welcome to bring your own for after sailing. Please note that accommodation and food is not included during shore based theory courses.
